A fantastic opportunity is available for the position of a Customer Care Coordinator.

The company I am representing supply kitchen, bathroom and bedroom furniture into the new build and affordable housing sector. In addition, they manufacture furniture for builders’ merchants, large DIY stores and directly to individual customers

Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm
Friday early finish 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a polite, professional and personal service to each and every customer
  • Consistently liaising with individual team members, to assess work in progress in order to ensure workloads and fitting expectations are achieved
  • Building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships
  • Being able to manage your own workload in order of priority
  • Regularly reviewing performance against KPI’s and Customer Feedback
  • Organising and prioritising work in co-ordination with other departments
  • Being able to professionally deal with difficult telephone calls and progress issues to conclusion

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
  • A strong desire to work as part of a team and be able to support colleagues
  • A proactive approach to problem solving
  • A clear understanding of the customer’s requirements
  • A tactual and discreet approach with occupiers / developers to resolve issues
  • Capable of working to team and individual deadlines and targets
