As our CRM Marketing Manager, you will support the Senior Engagement Marketing Manager in developing Vitality at Work email/SMS/push communication strategy in order to help maximise member engagement in the Vitality programme, loyalty and ultimately client retention. You will also help inspire recipients to develop a deeper relationship with Vitality at Work.

You will stay up to date on industry best practices and continuously innovate Vitality at Work Comms. By using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Vitality email/SMS/push campaigns should be best in class.

Your responsibilities as our CRM Marketing Manager will include:

  • Providing strategic consultation to stakeholders throughout the end-to-end campaign process around segmentation, design, and expected engagement
  • Supporting the Senior CRM Marketing Manager in the creation and implementation of the CRM marketing strategy
  • Creating bespoke communications for Vitality at Work clients to communicate and promote Vitality at Work to your workforce
  • Creating bespoke communications campaigns for Vitality at Work members to support employer-led communications
  • Taking an innovation first approach to Vitality at Work Comms utilising AI and first-party data to drive decision making
  • Identifying and implementing change around opportunities for automation to remove manual processes
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for enhanced personalisation software to drive increased engagement for Vitality at Work
  • Managing relationships with our data teams and analytics teams
  • Feeding into the central email calendar which communicates all planned SFMC communications activity
  • Attending regular Vitality at Work client meetings to understand the requirements of the clients and their specific demographic

What we’re looking for in our CRM Marketing Manager:

  • A customer-orientated thinker who uses insight to determine the right approach
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools
  • Excellent written communication, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • A team player, who can work in a collaborative environment
