COVID Testing Operatives for Mobile Units, Salisbury

Resourcing Group are now recruiting for COVID testing Operatives

Testing operatives will be involved in providing administrative and instructional support around the site.

Duties will include:

  • Communicating with individuals that visit the site and ensuring they are aware of the processes
  • Ensuring social distancing procedures are adhered to
  • Package up the swabs ready to send to laboratories for processing
  • Inventory and stock taking
  • Disposing of bio-hazard containers appropriately.

Training will be provided via a two-day course covering all relevant areas including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements, Site Safety, Hygiene

Successful Candidates must be able to fulfil the below requirements

  • Experience working with members of the public
  • Need to be a car driver and should have own vehicle
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Happy to work on a shift basis (4 days on 4 days off, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • Please note that MTU deployments can be up to 50 Miles from their home location. Guarantees cannot be given on MTU locations as these are dictated by DHSC / UKHSA and can and do change from week to week.

Pay Rate: £10 an hour PAYE/ £12.81 an hour Umbrella

Due to the nature of this position candidates must not be classed in any of the COVID high risk groups

  • Have a long-term medical condition
  • Are pregnant
  • Have a weakened immune system through medical conditions or therapy
