COT Customer Service Advisor

Can you strengthen our team and build strong customer relationships whilst delivering exceptional service?

Working as a Customer Service Advisor within the Change of Tenancy team you’ll be the first point of communication on all queries relating to a tenancy change for our customers.  

About the Role
You will process change of tenancy requests and queries, ensuring all information is captured accurately on our internal customer database. This is a phone-based role where you will be expected to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, resolving issues in a timely manner while remaining compliant.

About You
Working on a fast-paced team with a busy workload you should be confident in taking phone calls from customers, prioritising your workload and being proactive to provide an exceptional service. Ideally you will have a background in customer service with strong admin and communication skills.
