Overview
Due to continued growth, our client a leading and progressive firm in Central London are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join their tax team.
This opportunity would suit an experienced CTA or ACA qualified Corporate Tax professional looking for advisory focussed career progression, a relaxed/ flexible working environment and the option of working from home.
You will be working with an impressive portfolio of clients including OMB’s, PLC’s, Groups and International companies.
The role will be involve working closely with the Tax Partners, assisting in the provision of advisory services in areas such as R&D, Patent Box, Fim Tax credits, Transfer Pricing, EIS/SEIS, Transactional work, Restructuring and Share Schemes.
The role will also involve working with the Corporate Finance team getting involved in areas such as Reorganisations, Demergers and Due Dilligence as well as the Audit & Accounts team, reviewing the more complex tax compliance.
The successful candidate will be allocated their own client portfolio, be involved in regular client meetings, adhoc specialist projects and business development activities.
