The roleThe role is all about making our Corporate Plan a success.
This is our central strategy that will deliver outstanding environments, a thriving economy and a flourishing society in London and beyond.
You’ll lead the delivery of guidance and support for our departmental Business Plans.
Together with the Performance & Analysis Manager, you’ll make sure that our performance frameworks and dashboards across the Corporation are suitable, effective and well formulated.
You’ll also liaise with the Corporate Strategy Team to align our performance indicators with the Corporate Plan.
Beyond daytoday duties, you’ll help develop new corporate plans by collating and analysing performance data, benchmarking this against similar organisations and advising on targets.
About youWe’re looking for experience in strategy, performance or an analysisrelated field you might also have a relevant qualification in business or strategy.
More specifically, you should be able to develop and deliver projects or strategies in a complex environment.
Experience working with senior leaders is essential.
You’ll also be highly analytical and a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a good knowledge of public and Local Authority issues.
This role is offered on a fulltime basis.
