Your role

The Global Purpose and Social Impact team is looking for an individual to support the execution of Deloitte’s WorldImpact strategy, with a particular focus on WorldClass, Deloitte’s social impact initiative to empower 100 million futures by 2030. This role is in Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu Limited (Deloitte Global) within Global Brand.
Through this role you will support the team in: social impact program design and implementation, storytelling and inspirational writing on societal issues, project anagement, research and analysis, management of internal and external stakeholders, advisory to Corporate Responsibility leaders across member firms and geographies, activation of Impact Every Day volunteerism.
Role specific responsibilities
Work with Corporate Responsibility/Social Impact leaders across the organization to implement the WorldClass ambition to impact 100 million people by 2030
Support the development and activation of a global Purpose and WorldImpact strategy across the organization
Manage internal stakeholder groups to inform and drive social impact strategies and programs consistently around the world
Support the social impact team to activate a culture ofImpact Every day across the organization
Support co-ordination of global responses to humanitarian crises/ disaster relief

Location: London based role
Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full-time basis.
Your professional experience
We are seeking someone who has demonstrated commitment to Corporate Responsibility, social impact, Sustainability, corporate purpose, or a related field. Work experience and/or academic studies in one or more of the following fields is preferred: public policy, politics, international affairs, social and environmental issues management, education, cross-sector collaboration and partnerships, non-profit management, and/or international development.
The role is ideal for a versatile top-performing, Consultant or Senior Consultant, offering an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working across the Deloitte global member firms around the world.
Skills required
To be considered for this role, there are certain skills and qualities you’ll need. You must be able to:
Participate actively with points of view, ideas and opinions in meetings and other forums within an energetic and passionate team
Think creatively, independently, and strategically to solve problems and develop solutions
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Build relationships with key stakeholders at various levels of seniority, from staff to senior partners, and across multiple countries, geographies and functions
Create compelling communications deliverables, from presentations to speaking points
Conduct primary and secondary research and synthesize findings and recommendations
Demonstrate Mastery of Microsoft products (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong attention to detail
Desirable:
Education (degree): BA or BS (or equivalent) in one of the following fields preferred: Public Policy; Politics; International Affairs; Education; Sustainability; Corporate Responsibility; Non-profit Management; Business; Economics
Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPP or MPA), Master of International Affairs/ Development, Master of Sustainability/Corporate responsibility or similar.
Ability to speak more than one language is preferred, but not required
