The Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who will support the implementation of an effective and efficient accreditation process. The Client Service Coordinator will coordinate the accreditation requirements across our various Games Family and Workforce client groups.

This position will directly report into the Accreditation Client Services Manager. The purpose of the role is to support the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games accreditation process for all Games participants to ensure they are registered for accreditation in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role you will need to build close working relationships with a large number of internal departments,external stakeholders and organisations, understand the accreditation needs of all Games clients and support the administration, planning and delivery of the accreditation programme. Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, development, and implementation of an accreditation process for the relevant client groups.
  • Assist the Accreditation Client Services Manager with identifying, assessing and capturing accreditation requirements for Games clients.
  • Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with Birmingham 2022 Functional Areas and external organisation that require Games-time accreditation.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

  • Mathematics and English GCSE C or above, (grade 7- 4)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 -Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic working environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

Desirable

  • A-Level in English or Mathematics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Understanding of Games client accreditation requirements.

Contract: Fixed-term contract until August 2022
