We are currently recruiting a team of Client Admin Support for a large financial services project in our Leeds office.
This is a junior role with a rate of pay reflective of this but an excellent opportunity for anyone hoping to gain KYC experience.
You will be responsible for supporting our Analyst team as the first point of contact for corporate clients, gathering the necessary information in order for cases to be completed in a timely manner to expected business timeframes.
Essential Experience Experience of working in a customer service/operational environmentWorking knowledge of MS office Excel, Word and OutlookGood administrative ability and accuracy in capturing customer informationArticulate in both written and verbal communication This is a 6 month rolling contact on a project at running until 2023 with a competitive daily rate.
Full time 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
