Working within a newly centralised and redesigned Home Support Service you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the team, ensuring council policies and procedures are in place and applied consistently.
You will work under the direction of the Service Delivery Manager and be involved in all aspects of admin work including updating and maintaining systems and processes, filing, preparing reports, taking minutes and dealing with enquiries. You will be required to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all aspects of your work and have good communication and organisation skills which enable you to work in a busy office environment.
Moderate experience of working in a busy office environment using different IT systems including microsoft is essential. Possession of administrative qualifications would be desirable.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
