The Cleaning & Domestic Services team is part of Soft Services, Operations & Maintenance, which sits within the Estates Department of Coventry University Enterprises Ltd. The Domestic & Cleaning Services team provide a full range of customer focused cleaning services meeting the growing needs of the University. These services will include cleaning of all University sites and University managed facilities as well as deep cleaning using specialist equipment.
We are looking for hard-working, reliable and experienced Cleaning Coordinator to help us continue to deliver the best facilities to the staff and students using the University’s buildings. The University provides cleaning services seven days per week, so roles available will include five over seven (5/7) working.
Applicants can indicate their preferences with regard to the shift patterns available in their applications. The successful applicants will be punctual, professional and deliver excellent customer service to the staff, students and visitors of the University.
You will work within a team based in one of the designated areas of the campus and be supervised by one of our Cleaning Section Managers. We are currently recruiting for the following weekly shift patterns:
Permanent Vacancies
17.5 hrs – 05:00-08:30 or 18:30 – 22:00
17.5 hrs – 06:30-10:00 or 16:30-20:00 or 18:30 – 22:00
35 hrs – Split shift 06:30-10:00 & 16:30-20:00
17.5 hrs – 05:00- 08:30 or 06:30-10:00 (Based at The Place, Westwood Heath Sport and Conference Facilities, CV4 8GP)
Temporary Vacancies
17.5 hrs – 06:30-10:00 (Temp until 31/7/22)
25 hrs – 14:00-20:00 (Temp until 31/7/22)
You will be required to work at premises which the University currently has or may subsequently acquire or any premises at which it may from time to time provide services.
