We provide care within our patients own homes and are currently recruiting for 

Care Assistants to join our team.

Successful Care Assistant will need:

  • Caring and patient nature
  • Sensitive to the needs of others and to the sick, vulnerable or infirm
  • Ability to drive with access to a vehicle is essential
  • Self motivated
  • Organised
  • Flexible
  • Well presented
  • An active team player but also able to work to own initiative
  • Good communication skills

Candidates that meet the above requirements will receive:

Job Description

Involves a programme of personal care and household care management that is personalised for each service user in the form of a care plan.                                        Asssisting the service user with a variety of duties, observing dignity, privacy and respect and independence as far as is practical.

  

Personal care is only a part of the care we deliver.

This is such a rewarding job for people who want to make a difference.

The team we work with are wonderful. 

Experience – preferred although not essential as full training given.
