Our largest Specialism is our Finance Division where we have a proven track record in leading across Senior Finance Appointments.We are looking to expand across our Finance specialism with a regional role in Scotland for an Audit, Risk & Compliance Business Manager who can manage a wide portfolio of clients in what is a fast growing area of the market.

The Business Manager will join a large network of specialist consultants across the UK and Scotland and be part of a highly successful team with significant experience across the Finance Market. Our business is based on relationships and working in partnership with candidates and clients across the country offering a first class recruitment service.

You can expect target earnings of between 35,000 – 50,000+ in your role, however we have an uncapped commission policy with the opportunity to be rewarded on success.

As an aspiring or managerial level recruiting expert, you will be responsible for the running of the Audit, Risk & Compliance desk across Permanent and Temporary appointments. You will manage your own database of candidates and clients, expanding the network and building meaningful relationships as you go. Once fully operational, you will offer deep insight into the market to your candidates and clients, supporting on recruitment campaigns across a wide spectrum of clients across the public and private sector.

This is a fast paced and commercial role where you will add value to clients through enabling them to connect with the right people and introducing candidates you prospective employers that can have a defining experience in their lives.

As a Business Manager you will also lead from the front in client development activity from networking and partnering with institutions in addition to your day-day of working with customers. Working in recruitment, no one day is the same and you will become a deep expert in your field from engaging and developing relationships with an established network of customers that hays provides.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will ideally have some experience within finance recruitment or recruitment consultancy in general with extensive business development experience. You will have experience within a customer facing role and will be passionate about people and driven to succeed in a competitive market. You will enjoy being part of a team, learning and evolving across your career at hays and always looking to improve along the way.
