Partner Financial are working with a global business who are overhauling the Order to Cash Process (O2C). They require immediate additional support in their project team in the form of a pro-active and analytical Business Analyst.

A key objective of this business is utilising the vast amounts of data at their disposal to improve overall commerciality and customer journey, thereby making it paramount that effective and streamlined processes are established as soon as possible. Therefore, key tasks are: reviewing, collating, documenting, and analysing raw data derived from a variety of sources and translating it in to efficient and user-friendly work streams for each business unit. Demonstrable ‘hands on’ experience of the entire project lifecycle of a system implementation is imperative as is the implementation and documentation of the entire process map from discovery phase. Extensive experience of complex Transformation programmes and to the system development life cycle is essential. You will be able to hit the ground running and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management in the entire organisation and be able to deal with challenging situations.

Key Deliverables:

  • Capture, compile and review data requirements from the business units.
  • Work alongside Stakeholders to understand the ‘as is’ order process and how, using the captured data, an effective Order Management process can be established.
  • Work with the I.T. team and third-party solution providers creating the interface documents and processes to enable the interaction between multiple systems and the Order Management System.
  • Work alongside the business leads to create an implementation plan, which will map the steps used to roll out an Order Management system for the business.
  • Work closely with the solution provider to produce accurate financial, operational, and commercial information.
  • Testing and creation of standard operating procedures.
  • Creating interface documents.
  • Create User manuals and deliver training workshops.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have demonstrable experience of an entire system implementation lifecycle and how this impacts different operational business units.
  • Will feel at ease working with the technical teams and finance and establish themselves as the ‘link between the two’, identifying how they can communicate effectively.
  • Will have ‘hands on’ experience of mapping and establishing an entire business process from discovery phase – this is essential.
  • The ability to work with ambiguity and a proactive approach is essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels including Senior executives and operational staff.
  • Will be able to be extremely flexible with travel. You will need to visit various sites across the country at different times.
