CompetitiveAdvantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a leading Environmental agency to recruit for an experienced Building Surveyor.
As a building surveyor your role will involve, providing estimates of costs for replacement buildings, advising on development appraisals, negotiating dilapidations, condition surveys and advising on cost and specification proposals.
You will have excellent knowledge of construction economics and the technical aspects of building surveying will be matched with your planning, organisational and analytical skills.
You will also have an excellent knowledge of building services and a good technical background in services for a wide variety of buildings.
The Requirements for this role are as follows
Qualified building surveyor MRICS Excellent knowledge of construction economics and the technical aspects of building surveying Planning, organisational and analytical skills Excellent knowledge of building services Residential refurbishment experience Experience with slightly older houses, heating, insulating Able to write relevant specifications, tenders for works, manage works onsite, good understanding of H&SIf you have the relevant skill set and experience for the role, please apply with your uptodate CV.
