RARE IN-HOUSE OPPORTUNITY – BANKING AND FINANCE – 2+ PQE – LONDON CITY
Salary – £65000 – £85000 per annum + Phenomenal Remuneration Package
A brilliantly successful company have asked us to help them source a fantastic junior Banking and Finance solicitor to work for their in-house Legal team in their London city office.
This firm has an international reach, with offices across the globe in brilliant locations like Athens and Madrid. Their global success is testament to their brilliant approach to the financial markets, which involves delivering bespoke, first-class solutions to the credit, structured and asset backed divisions of finance.
Your role as their in-house counsel will be to draft and review transactional documentation, mainly relating to HNW commercial real estate loans where our client have been appointed as the agent.
This role will also involve reviewing and negotiating LMA-based facility agreements and related security documents, liaising with stakeholders and external counsel, and provide more general legal assistance on subjects like aviation, shipping and other cross-jurisdictional opportunities.
You will report directly to the Director of the company, and will be part of a small but supportive team that oversees the exponential success of the business.
