Are you an Assistant Site Manager looking for a new opportunity in 2022?
We are looking for a Freelance Assistant Site Manager for a large residential site
Candidates should apply for this role with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience working for a housebuilder
Length of project: 2 months (with potential for extention or a role on an alternative site)
Tickets required: SMSTS, CSCS, Scaffolding Awareness, First Aid
Working for a leading developer you will be responsible for the following:
- Keep and maintain records, for area of responsibility i.e. Labour Returns, materials etc
- Carry out material scheduling, and call offs including reinforcement, brickwork etc.
- Demonstrate an understanding of NHBC standards
- Participate, contribute and where required chair and minute meetings with Subcontractors
- Work safely at all times
- Have the ability to lead a project unsupervised
Experience and Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential construction/new build housing
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to organise and manage time effectively, taking responsibility for own projects
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
