The team focuses on
coaching teams and leaders through their agile maturity, role modelling behaviours that promote innovation, customer centricity and efficiencycreating consistent offers and common language for agility in bpfostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
This role has a unique opportunity to bring insights and experience to shape bp’s enterprisewide business agility journey, drawing learnings internally and externally, to create appropriate pivots to deliver our strategy and NetZero ambition by 2050 or sooner.
Reporting to the agility portfolio performance and organisational learning lead in the agility Centre of Expertise CoE, the successful candidate will support the measurement and analysis of the implementation of agility within bp and will develop and manage the database of agility case studies across the business.
The agility portfolio performance analyst will work with colleagues within the agility centre of expertise and teams across bp to identify and communicate agility case studies, integrating these with outcome measurement, to enable solid reporting and measurement.
They will own the endtoend case study process from identifying case studies, supporting coaches to articulate them with a consistent voice, managing the case study tool and managing reporting – within the CoE and to bp teams and leaders.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
