A High growth Private Equity backed Cyber Insurtech is looking for an Agile Coach / Lead to join its growing team. This award-winning Insurtech has disrupted the industry over the last 5 years by putting technology at the forefront of everything it does. The engineering team is the unique selling point of this business giving it a competitive edge of the rest of the industry. Having thrived through the pandemic they are now looking for an Agile Coach / Lead to join the team.
The Role
As an Agile Coach / Lead, you will provide this business with the methodologies and skills to continue its delivery improvements and have it gels the businesses, various stakeholders. You will lead and coach a team of junior scrum masters on how best to deliver agile and also analyze current practice identifying inefficiencies and coming up with solutions to solve them. You will also work closely with the quality team to improve the ways of working around quality and delivery. You will also work closely with products to help them understand how to engage with their stakeholders and manage products they own.
About You
- You’ll have a expert knowledge of Agile, Lean and DevOps Methodologies.
- You’ll have lead multiple scrum teams previously
- You’ll have coached various stakeholders within the business.
