Overview

University College Birmingham is looking to recruit an individual with strong professional administrative experience, excellent customer service skills and a high level of organisational ability to provide an efficient and quality service to students, staff and stakeholders within our Quality department.

The post-holder will work as part of a team undertaking a diverse role which will include:

  • Finalisation of agendas, dissemination of papers, provision of advice and guidance as well as minute taking and notes
  • Assisting in the processing of documentation for External Examiners;
  • Support in Periodic Review, Validation and Approvals;
  • Updating and implementation of Quality procedures

An existing level of understanding about the Further/Higher Education system would be an advantage, but training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Flexibility is essential as this role may occasionally involve working outside of normal hours on UCB events.
