Office Based – Edinburgh
Search Consultancy are working on behalf of our reputable accountancy firm based in Edinburgh, to recruit an Administrator on a permanent and full time basis. This role will be very suited to someone who is looking to have a successful career within finance, specifically Tax.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to study towards relevant qualifications and so applicants must be comfortable with the idea of further development.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning and copying
* Admin support for Personal Tax Department
* Setting up clients, preparing letters of engagement
* Reception cover when required
* Various other general administration tasks and assistance as required
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Excellent administration, attention to detail & organisational skills
* Solid IT skills including the use of the MS Office suite & the ability to pick up bespoke systems effectively
* Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
