Procurement

Our Procurement Department is seeking a confident and proactive Administrator to join their vibrant, close knit team.

The Procurement Department is responsible for sourcing and managing goods and services in support of our stores and warehouses so that they can carry out their operational functions. We require a strong Administrator who is able to assist project managers carry out their daily functions.

This engaging role offers responsibility and variety within a Department that ensures the company’s procurement needs are met efficiently and effectively. If you are a talented multi-tasker with a natural flair for administration, this could be the ideal role for you.

We have a hybrid working model for Head Office roles, ensuring you have a flexible work life balance.

What you’ll do

Acting as the first point of contact for all regional offices and taking charge of emails, calls and post

Processing invoices

Maintaining all items and supplier data within our internal systems (e.g. material code creation and maintenance, set up of new supplier codes and data maintenance)

Weekly reporting – e.g. produce cost, purchase and delivery reports

Other ad hoc administrative tasks

What you’ll need

Previous administrative and/or procurement experience is desirable

A strong multi-tasker who genuinely enjoys working to schedules and deadlines

Experience using MS Office Suite including MS Word and MS Excel

An excellent communicator with exceptional organisational abilities

An unwavering eye for detail supported by good literacy and numerical skills

Motivated and proactive with an eagerness to learn and develop
