Overview

We’re looking for a highly organised, computer literate individual with excellent attention to detail who loves ticking things off.

Job Description

The company

We are an established and growing pet care company, with a lovely group of walkers and sitters and a friendly office team. We pride ourselves on excellent customer care and are always looking for new services and opportunities.

You will enjoy a varied and busy workload with great colleagues & clients in a creative, supportive environment.

If you’re scared of using technology this isn’t for you. If you just want to pass your time until it’s time to go home, this isn’t for you. But, if you’re enthusiastic, self-motivated, excellent at finding new and better ways to do things, happy in a ‘non-traditional’ environment, like a friendly team and are happy to have the odd dog give you a big kiss, then this could be for you.

This includes:

· Liaising with service users and pet sitters.

· Booking jobs through our online system.

· Supporting pet sitters in carrying out their duties by managing their diaries, including rescheduling jobs as required.

· Onboarding new clients and pet sitters.

· Communicating with individuals and collectively with all user groups using a variety of methods.

· Occasionally providing support service for sitters, for example, picking up/dropping up dogs, coordinating the office response in the event of an emergency.

· Other duties to improve the delivery of our services, as directed by the management team

-Dropping and collecting dogs in our company car for their grooms for 3 days during the week
