Statera Talent are currently partnered with a leading Financial Institution based in London to assist them with a hire for an administrator to support their relationship management and sales departments. The role is great opportunity to be part of a globally renowned organization and part of an essential area of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Arranging meetings, including booking of conference rooms and refreshments
- Diary support for senior management
- Setting up video conferences
- Travel arrangement
- Expense claim preparations
- Field phone enquiries
- Preparation of marketing materials
- Arranging team events alongside the events teams
- Data entry for the team’s meetings and contacts
- Point of contact for visitors to the London office
- Other general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, sending and ordering of stationery and updating distribution lists
Requirements:
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at any one time
- Strong communicator and personable
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proactive and high level of enthusiasm
- Experience of working as an administrator to senior stakeholders
- High degree of competency using Microsoft Office applications
- SalesForce and Concur skills an advantage
