Statera Talent are currently partnered with a leading Financial Institution based in London to assist them with a hire for an administrator to support their relationship management and sales departments. The role is great opportunity to be part of a globally renowned organization and part of an essential area of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging meetings, including booking of conference rooms and refreshments
  • Diary support for senior management
  • Setting up video conferences
  • Travel arrangement
  • Expense claim preparations
  • Field phone enquiries
  • Preparation of marketing materials
  • Arranging team events alongside the events teams
  • Data entry for the team’s meetings and contacts
  • Point of contact for visitors to the London office
  • Other general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, sending and ordering of stationery and updating distribution lists

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at any one time
  • Strong communicator and personable
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proactive and high level of enthusiasm
  • Experience of working as an administrator to senior stakeholders
  • High degree of competency using Microsoft Office applications
  • SalesForce and Concur skills an advantage
