Overview

My client is looking for an ambitious and attentive candidate who is keen to be part of a growing organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage stock transfer orders between 2 systems, including following up with reps for discrepancies
  • Reconcile stock and investigate any differences & make the necessary postings in the system to bring them inline
  • Monitor that all stock counts are carried out per our controls & following up with reps were these aren’t completed
  • Reporting stock variances in a timely manner

Essential requirements of:

  • Qualified or currently studying towards AAT
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel experience of vlookups and pivot tables
  • Prior experience with stock related activities
  • Prior knowledge an ERP would be good but not essential
