OVERVIEW:
Working for a leading professional education provider, you will support, develop and train Accountants working towards CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW/AAT qualifications.
Our client provides a welcoming and nurturing working environment, where you will be will be fully supported with your transition into the training sector. This will include a holistic induction, ongoing peer mentorship and the opportunity to complete a recognised teaching qualification or further accountancy accreditations.
A typical week:
-Prepare for upcoming training sessions
-Deliver face to face training to groups & individuals
-Prepare Accountants for exams & next levels
-Provide feedback on assignments/exam results
What you will need:
-Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW/ICAS)
-Confident communication & presentation skills
-The ability to motivate & develop others
-Teaching, Training or Coaching experience (work, voluntary, extra curricular)
