Position: 1st Line Support
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £28000 – £32000 per annum
Our client is looking to recruit a 1st Line Support to be based in Cambridgeshire.
The Role & Responsibilities:
To join an established IT team and provide 1st Line Helpdesk Support and escalation calls as well as maintaining the in house computer systems. With in house training provided this is a great opportunity if you have 1st Line Support experience, looking to progress within your IT career.
Key Skills and Experience
Experience in customer support
Ability to explain IT issues to non IT users
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Self-motivated, well organised.
Good IP networking skills.
