Overview
My client is looking for a 1stline IT Support Technician to join them on a contract basis. The contract will initially be 3 months with the option to go permanent at the end. The role will initially be on-site (in Derby), and you may be given the option to be fully remote. I am looking for anyone with at least 1 year of experience in IT Support but I am willing to look at juniors too.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
– Active Directory
– Azure and Sharepoint
– Outlook Troubleshooting
– Desktop support on Microsoft Windows and Office applications
– End-user IT Support
– Great communication skills
