M&E Bid Manager Required for a Leading Contractor across London & Southern Regions.
Experience working within the role of bid management will be required as this role will hit the ground running working with an established team of estimators and bid support.
Management and building relationships with key stakeholders will be essential and a key part of this role.

as well as to manage the second stage of the bid.
Key accountabilities of this role will include
Lead in new bids from concept through to fruition ensuring our offers are clearly articulated, cost estimate is adjudicated and signed off and final submissions are reviewedProduce a bid strategy and brief tender teamEnsure correct selection of subcontractors and suppliers for key packages and organise distribution of tender documents/amendments for appropriate partiesDevelop presentations to potential clients using graphic design skills and utilise external graphic designers and printersResponsibility for the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentations, ensuring that written work is clear, concise and compellingAttend handover meeting briefing the team on tender bids.
We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager within the construction industry with strong knowledge of the whole bid process, having successfully managed bids from start to finish.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised and have good team management skills.
