Become a trusted advisor to our clients and help them to define the roadmap capability model, organisational design principles and value streams in line with the corporate strategy, whilst ensuring crossfunctional alignment Work with Csuite executives to understand their business objectives and priorities and map these to the blueprint capability model Liaise with the IT Architecture team to shape the Application, Data and Security architectures to ensure process alignment with the technology offerings Provide strategic direction and input to prioritise and develop the roadmap and adoption plan Assist in developing our Technology Strategy portfolio of offerings and enhancing our existing pool of global assets, and continually seek opportunities to develop business
Contribute to our community of practice, as well as the development of our more junior team members We are looking for Senior Managers who are intellectually curious with a genuine passion for shaping our clients’ future, truly understanding their business needs and partnering with them to architect and implement a technology stack that will enable future growth and development.
Ideally you’ll have the following
Proven experience in setting up and shaping Business and Enterprise Architectures for large transformation projectsRelevant technical certifications in IT/Business Architecture e.

TOGAF, Zachman, CITSWealth of experience in the delivery of crossindustry large scale, complex transformation and a solid understanding of the interaction and involvement of both business and IT elementsProven track record of influencing Csuite level stakeholders and developing business opportunitiesAbility to lead, motivate and mentor a team of top performing and technically enthusiastic individuals Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
