Role Purpose The Rapid Rehousing team is based on the Housing First model. The team offer accommodation and a support worker for people aged 18-25 who are homeless and have experienced sleeping on the street. The young people that come into the service often have multiple and complex needs including mental health, physical health and substance misuse.
