To contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of the Staff Engagement Strategy, ensuring it is up to date and appropriate for the council’s changing internal communications and engagement needs.
To ensure that council staff are informed and engaged with the council’s key priorities and the role they are expected to play in making them a reality.
