BVRGER (pronounced burger) is a leading vegan takeaway restaurant that offers a gourmet plant-based menu to families and individuals living across London. We are passionate about creating delicious fast food whilst looking after our health and our planet at the same time. Our delicious food is for everyone, not just vegans!

The business is growing rapidly and we are looking for like-minded people to help us in our mission to bring the finest plant-based food to as many people as possible.

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who will have responsibility for all social media content and channels, and will be responsible for the promotion, reputation and evolution of the BVRGER brand.

Responsibilities:

Day-to day management of all social media channels – Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok.

Managing customer engagement/ customer experience through social channels.

Responding to followers on social channels and liaising with relevant BVRGER team members to ensure timely and appropriate responses if needed.

Responsible for the promotion and reputation of the BVRGER brand across all social media channels.

Creating weekly content plans – ensuring content is engaging and tone of voice is in line with the brand.

Attending PR & marketing meetings, events and photo shoots.

Reporting KPI’s to ensure that performance is reviewed and optimised.

Working with PR team – driving influencer outreach, company events, press, and new store openings.

Provide real time information on competitor activity and continuously seeking out new opportunities for the brand – e.g new brand collaborations & partnerships.

Essential Skills

Excellent knowledge and understanding of all social media channels.

Personable, organised and passionate.

Brilliant communication and copywriting skills.

Proven track record in improving social media channel engagement and growth.

Experience in social media reporting tools.

Videography & photography.
