Overview
We are currently looking for a STA Engineer to work for a growing engineering and manufacturing company near Brighton.
The position allows candidates to work flexibly to a degree, with a minimum requirement of 3 days in the office / week.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the organisation with their Supplier Improvement Programme, working closely with the strategic procurement teamYou will need to be an assertive character with excellent communication skill.
Previous STA experience or working in a Supplier Development Engineer type of role is essential, with a solid understanding of quality tools.

3 auditing Lead Assessor AIAG Automotive Core ToolsIt is also essential that candidates possess experience in quality tools and methods including 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, and Pareto.
An understanding of metrology equipment, inspection methods and GD&T is also necessary for this position.
