Our company is seeking a motivated Part-Time HR Generalist. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is seeking to establish best practices across the entire employee lifecycle. If you have a great attitude, are self-motivated, and possess an insatiable drive, we are the company to look at.

The focus of this position will be assisting with onboarding, performance, employee relations, handling various HR-related tasks.

This is a hybrid role reporting to the Managing Director. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid HR pedigree, who has already thrived in creating best‐in‐class people experiences as an HR Generalist or similar role in high‐growth organizations.

Location: This position reports to the office in London. Employees would have the opportunity to work from home most of the time. The expectation would be one day a week in the office, or as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the front-line face for daily employee support in answering general HR questions
  • Provide support for employee relations activities including counseling, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations
  • Manage the company’s onboarding process and conduct new hire orientation
  • Manage benefits and other programs,
  • Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and/or programs
  • Maintain compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What we are hoping to find in your background

  • BS degree preferred
  • At least 3 years in an HR environment, preferably supporting a fast-growing organization
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR projects and programs
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
  • CIPD preferred
