Customer Relations Coordinator – £21000 / Permanent / Kent
A leading Insurance Claims firm is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to join them on a remote or hybrid bases. This role will be to assist in the management of complaints and provide administration support to the team and process all requests.
Duties include:
• Monitor Complaints Inbox, log all new complaints and keep the system up to date
• Allocate complaints to handlers
• Support the team with background research and investigations into complaints
• Deal with simple, templated Final Responses
• Complete monthly data cleanse
Experience Required:
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to take an increased ownership and responsibility when necessary
• PC literate with great administrative skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Work individually and proactively, as well as part of a team
